Welcome to the Meadow Cove Homeowners Association Community Website! This is your resource as a homeowner and MCHOA member with information tailored to our neighborhood here in sunny Melbourne, Florida. We are located just a short drive from beautiful beaches, Wickham Park and the Eau Gallie Arts District. From our backyards we have seen spectacular launches from Cape Canaveral.
Meadow Cove features 180 single family homes that were built in the late 80's by Centex Homes Enterprises Inc. and is a diverse community proud of its friendliness to young families and seniors alike. Our community has both one and two story homes to meet the needs of all individuals.
Centrally located in Brevard County, we are about 40 minutes from Port Canaveral and about an hour from Orlando. Travel is convenient with the Melbourne International Airport less than 5 miles away. There are also great schools and diverse shopping centers within walking distance. We love our community !

The Meadow Cove HOA does not act as Law Enforcement or Animal Control. Resources for common concerns/reporting are listed below.
